Refund Policy

This policy follows Korean consumer-protection law and Articles 17 and 18 of our Terms of Service.

1. Cancellation period

You may normally cancel Paid Content within seven days of purchase or availability without a separate fee.

2. Restrictions

Because a personalized digital reading is generated and delivered immediately after payment, cancellation may be restricted under Article 18(2) of the Korean Electronic Commerce Act in the following cases.

  1. Use begins immediately after purchase or the Paid Content is applied immediately to the Service.
  2. An additional benefit included with Paid Content has been used.
  3. Part of bundled Paid Content has been used.
  4. Part of the Paid Content has been used or it can no longer reasonably be resold because time has passed.
  5. A result was generated from incorrect birth date, birth time, unknown-time status, or other information entered by the user.
  6. The result cannot be delivered or viewed through the user’s fault.

The Company clearly discloses these restrictions before payment.

3. Refunds caused by our fault

The Company provides the same or comparable Paid Content or issues a full refund in the following cases.

  • A Saju analysis result is not generated correctly after payment.
  • A duplicate charge occurs.
  • A service failure prevents access to the result.

4. How to request a refund

  1. Email your order number and reason to controlsc@daum.net.
  2. We reply with the review outcome within three business days.
  3. An approved refund is processed within three to seven business days, depending on the payment provider’s settlement schedule.
  4. Card payments are canceled or refunded under the card issuer’s policy.

5. Delayed refunds

If a refund is delayed without proper cause, statutory late interest applies under Korean consumer-protection law.

6. Age requirement

The Service is available to users who are at least 13 years old. Some readings have a minimum age of 16 or 18, as shown before purchase.

A user who is 13 through 17 may purchase Paid Content only with approval from a parent or legal guardian. A purchase made without that approval may be canceled or refunded as required by applicable law and the payment provider’s policies.
